Football

Football is a prominent part of our after school activities programme at Towerview Primary School.

We offer a club run by the IFA for Primary 2 and Primary 3 aged children. This is followed up with an IFA ran club for Primary 4 and Primary 5 children. Both clubs run on a weekly basis on a Wednesday afternoon and are always very popular.

For the older children we have a school run football club for Primary 6 and Primary 7 children. It is out of this club that the school football team is chosen.

Towerview has always had a competitive football team that will represent the school in many competitions such as the Priory Cup, the Castle Cup and the league to name just a few.

This year has seen the launch of an official girl's only football club. It is hoped that through this more girls will get involved in the sport, whilst will also have numerous opportunities to represent our school in inter school competitions this year.
