Welcome to our section of the school website! This incoming school year we hope to continue to carry out some of the traditional and favourite fundraisers, along with some new and fresh ideas. In carrying out all our fundraising events you as the parent/carer/grandparent/ auntie/ uncle/ friend etc. will be helping us to give back to the school, in the form of additional financial support, which is much needed due to current funding cuts.
A round up from last year meant that we where able to provide the following for the school;
- Playground equipment
- Accelerated reader licence and class prizes
- Lolly's for Sports Day
- Tappy Hats for our P7 helpers
- Donation towards our P7 leavers night
This year we would like to expand on this by aiming to;
- Start the roll out of replacement of the interactive white boards in each class room, these don’t come cheap!
- Accelerated Reader Books
- Tappy Hats for new P7's
- Membership for Play Resource Centre
We have a wonderful committee who are eager to help fundraise for vital resources for the school and we appreciate the time they give, little or small, to help us achieve these goals. We are also delighted for any new members to join us, whether its attending meetings and helping us plan, helping out at fundraising events by supervising, doing the tuck shop, there are plenty of jobs that can be shared out.
