    Dear Parent/Guardian,                                                     

    I hope this email finds you well.

    Please find attached a letter from the Minister of Education (Mr Weir) relating to the “Safer School” app launched on Friday.

    Mr Weir has advised that safeguarding and child protection support is provided through this app and has recommended that parent/carers and pupils should be informed about the app. He has highlighted the specific resources linked to COVID-19 contained within the resources section and would encourage you to review these at your earliest opportunity. I hope you will find this helpful.
